When will I receive my item?
Normally shipped items usually takes within a 2 or 3 days in Spain, between 4 and 5 days anywhere in Europe and between 1 or 2 weeks depending the country you live in.
You’ll get an email from us when your order ships, with tracking information.
We try our best to keep shipping rates fair
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and chosen shipping method. We mark the quoted rates up slightly in order to cover some of our packaging costs – we use high-quality packing materials to protect your items during their journey.
If you are shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays
Our international shipping charges do not include any destination's country duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery.
Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items
Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about any damage ASAP. If possible, include pictures. We’ll be in touch with next steps.
Ordering in quantities?

If you’re not completely satisfied, email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to arrange a return within 30 days.
